The Diaries of Adam and Eve

Adam. Alone in paradise. Then out of nowhere this long-haired being appears who follows him everywhere and wants to know everything: Eve. Adam panics. Even more so when he finds out that Eve, like himself, keeps a diary and starts writing down a very different version of that first exciting love story between two humans.

Director Statement

THE DIARIES OF ADAM AND EVE is a film about the so-called "second choice". It is a love declaration to the unromantic 65% of love which are just: getting used to someone. "This kind of love is not a product of reasonings and statistics", as Eve puts it in her diary one day. "It just comes. None knows whence. And cannot explain itself. And doesn't need to."
As all my films it is a film about imperfect, injured people, people who are sometimes right, but mostly wrong, people who try their best, but do and say terrible things to each other. People who still find love in the end.
