How do you move on from a relationship that is so deeply intertwined with your sense of self, one that forms the foundation of who you are? What if there was one final chance to say everything you’ve wished you could to the person who walked away? In Steps, our characters confront this very opportunity.
We meet Kate and Cooper, years estranged, as they return to tie up the final threads of their relationship. An old promise brings them together again—one that compels them to leave their guards behind at the side of an above-ground pool. As they dive headfirst into the raw emotions that once brought them together and ultimately tore them apart, they are faced with the chance to confront the past and redefine who they are, both together and apart.
