Director Statement

Martin approached me with this script years ago, and after shooting and editing out a first version of the film, we realized there was a whole other approach we could take with telling the story. We pulled together a team of local collaborators and we took a second shot at shooting the script. This film is the result of that 3 year process of collaboration and tells a story that is close to my heart.
