Director Statement

People yearn for romance; they dream of it, sacrifice for it, idolize it in art. And everything else is tertiary.

I wanted to tell a story which centers friendship. I wanted to celebrate friendship, lament it, yearn with it. So I built an amateur team (most of us friends in real life) to tell a pseudo-fictional story, starring us as ourselves, to do just that.

From the scrappy college dorms, to the vast, claustrophobic open road, we're just a bunch o' idiots.
