Whatever you do, do the best you can because the film lives forever on the silver screen.
Winner of both “Best Student Film” and “Best Overall Film” at the 2019 Cine65 Movie Makers Awards for his film “My Homeland: A Photography Project by Grandpa Chen”, Jastine Tan is a passionate filmmaker who graduated from Temasek Polytechnic's School of Design.
Bitten by the filmmaking bug ever since he caught “Spider-Man” on the silver screen, Jastine's drive for storytelling has landed him several accolades over the years, including Viddsee`s Juree Top 10 in 2019 for his Bollywood Masala, “O Meri Jaane Jaan”.
Inspired by the works of auteur director Wes Anderson, Jastine believes that thought-provoking entertainment is an essential core in the heart of film.
