Moment-it

The writer Clarice Lispector and a giant wall in Paris.
In the middle of the 10th arrondissement of Paris, between Canal Saint-Martin and Gare de l'Est, stands this former Récollets convent, which has become a shelter for foreign researchers and artists.

Instant-ci

Director Statement

This film is an experiment with three distinct mediums , art, film and literature. The story resulted from the ecounter with the muralist and painter Laura González Cabrera. At that moment we found out that we were reading the same book by the writer Clarice Lispector. Laura decided to carry out her work by painting a giant Medusa on the facade of the Recollets. We decided that in the following days we would film her artistic process. This film is about encounters, friendship and chance during the artistic process. (Liliane Mutti)
