Director Statement

"In Between" explores margø's inner tensions, the turmoil and conflict that struggle for expression and domination. The video seeks to draw out these inner forces as characters, each in their own locations and time periods while margø chases "the demon" until finally recognizing that she has been chasing herself all along.
Stylistically I was interested in drawing out affective responses from the viewer that correspond and perhaps amplify what is going on in the music. I love music videos that visualize music and I hope that the viewer has a full senory experience with this great song.
