The film is about a woman named Andrea, who lives an autopilot lifestyle. She longs to escape from the same mundane routine, but she is too afraid of change as she becomes too comfortable staying in her little box.

Suddenly, Andrea starts receiving signs that transport her to an alternate world where she gets reminded of how it used to be and how choosing happiness and freedom felt.

People often get carried away with their busy lives, unknowingly living an autopilot lifestyle. In return, this makes them feel trapped in their routine and causes unhappiness in life, seemingly forgetting that they have the power to change.

How to save the Fireflies, is about a woman, Andrea, who lives an autopilot lifestyle and wants herself out of the same routine. However, she has grown afraid of change and has become comfortable staying in her little box. The film uses the concept of Fireflies to symbolise one’s spark and freedom. The inspiration came from a personal experience and from friends and family who shared the same understanding. The team hopes to empathise with people who feel the same emotions as the character and will hopefully inspire them to bring back their spark in life. We hope that you enjoy our film!
