Director Biography - David Over

David Over is a Seattle based filmmaker who has done video production work for Amazon, Alaska Airlines, and the Seattle International Film Festival.

He earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in IT & Administrative Management from Central Washington University, as well as an Associate’s degree in Video Production from Bellevue College.

His work has screened at the Seattle International Film Festival and earned the Audience Awards at the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY), Lake Stevens Film Festival, and the Shoreline Short Short Film Festival.
