Alexandre David Lejuez is a French filmmaker and artist born on November 03, 1996 in Paris. Graduated from a literary baccalaureate with cinema option, and a license in Art & Cinema, he created the Noctura Films production in January 2018 and directed a psychological trilogy (Seul le Sang me Guide / Vincire / I'm Not a Psychopath) between February 2018 and March 2019 which obtains several selections abroad.

Subsequently, he directed his first feature film, Erotic. This one is selected in various international festivals and wins some prizes. In particular, for the best experimental film in Turkey, at the Kiarostami Film Festival.

In February 2020, he directed his second feature film, Drunkenness, an experimental psychological horror film, filmed entirely in a subjective shot. The film was finalized in December. In 2021, it won several awards including for the best cinematography, production design and sound in Curitiba, Brazil. Also, it won the award for the best experimental feature film at the 8th edition of Accord Cine Fest, in Mumbai.

The same year, he released a new erotic film, EMMA, a short film available directly on VOD. The film won the award for best soundtrack (also composed by ADL) in Greece, in Thessaloniki.

On June 2, 2021, Drunkenness is released on VOD on UK Film Channel then on Amazon Prime Video.

On September 1, 2021, his new experimental short film, Existere, made its premiere at the Direct Monthly Online Film Festival, an independent American festival. Following this selection, it participated in other international festivals (Ukraine, Estonia etc.) The short film is released exclusively on the Swiss platform, Sofy TV, on 21 December 2021.

That same month, ADL finalized his third feature film, Genocidium, after a year of work.
The film is a finalist in the Experimental category in Rome, at the Prisma Independent Film Awards.
Then, he won fourth awards (in France, India, Turkey and USA) including the best feature film. On March 23, 2022, the film was released on VOD in United States and United Kingdom on Amazon Prime Video, then on the French platform, SOFA VOD.

In November 2022, Alexandre finished his fourth feature film, The Strange Dreams of Hypnos and Venus, an experimental, musical and fantasy film which pays homage to silent cinema.

On January 5, 2023, he released the digital album of Emma movie soundtrack ​on Bandcamp.
