A BA degree graduate, she continues to take every opportunity as a chance for learning, and discovering how best she can advocate for the promotion of African content worldwide. Tricia believes that everyone has a story to tell that no one else can express better, thus her passion for African stories and storytelling, which is conveyed in her choice of projects. She has worked on a range of storytelling media, including a virtual reality short film which premiered at the 2020 National Arts Festival in South Africa. A Talents Durban alumnus, Tricia recently presented her documentary No winners in war at the 2020 Durban Film Mart through the Talents program. One of Tricia's core beliefs is that given equal access to resources, we can all thrive and contribute meaningfully to our communities.
