Writer Biography - Daniel Schooling

I was born in Sacramento but grew up in Upstate New York, Maryland, Philadelphia, and ultimately Sacramento again. I was writing film scripts at an early age and always had a deep love for storytelling. I went to UC Davis and studied Cinema and Digital Media for my bachelor's. While I was there, I wrote Born Again as a means of coping with the loss of my friend, Russell Nowotenski, who died of an epileptic seizure at the age of 24.

For Russ.

When I came up with the idea for Born Again, my imagination went more wild than ever before. This was written for anybody who wishes they had a second chance to be with the one that they loved and lost too soon.
