He was born on June 7 in Mexico City. Vicente Garibay Lijanova is a young filmmaker, currently a student in the Digital Cinema and Postproduction degree at Sae Institute Mexico. His areas of interest are Directing, Writing and Editing, he has taken different workshops at the CCC, ENAC and SAE Institute in Mexico City, which have helped him deepen his knowledge.
His interest in cinema began at the age of twelve, where he learned the value of editing. Later he became interested in photography and acting, taking courses at CasAzul and EduMac, which helped him define his path as a filmmaker.
I once had a literature class, where they showed us a painting that reflects the arrival of a sad boy from school. His mother looks disappointed and his brothers make fun of him. That same day I got a failing grade in math. My mother scolded me and I was forced to memorize the theme that I failed. After a few years I decided to remember these events and take it into a short film. My cousin is going through a similar stage to mine. So I decided to portray the moments of stress and fear from the time you received the grade to the confession of your mistake.
