Director Statement

The movie " A Murder Case of Momotaro " is a creative work based on the motif of Japan's most famous folktale "Momotaro". "Momotaro" is a simple story of justice destroying evil.

However, it is dangerous to see evil in the world only in its evil aspect. Therefore, in this work, I created a story from the perspective of the destroyed evil. It is difficult to divide the world into two halves, justice and evil. We hope you enjoy this spicy, adult fairy tale.

I am also happy that this film will be a chance to learn about Japanese old stories.
