Director Biography

An award nominated filmmaker who studied Theatre Arts at Delta State University Abraka Nigeria. Fidelis produced an award nominated feature film during the 4th Africa International Film Festival with the Movie the "The Land I Call Home" . Fidelis is a Director, Scriptwriter, a Cinematographer and a professional Photographer. He is currently the MD of OCS FILMS. Second class Citizen is the first documentary from OCS FILMS.
