Experiencing Interruptions?

Indicios / Inkling

Someone wanders through space and time looking for a new way of relating to the world. It is a woman with automaton movements, multiplied, divided and ubiquitous, walking without progress, in a broken time and impossible, contrasting and opposing spaces. All synchronized by a music that directs the events. Signs of something that is going to happen? It suggests to us to look for a new role for the human being within the universe. Stop exploding and destroying life on the planet, to empathize and immerse ourselves in Nature as one among all beings.

Director Statement

What interests us in video art is the content and experimentation of language. With this we reflect on the life of today, the inequality in society, the cry for the destruction of Nature, human manifestations and themes such as the dance of life, sleep, time and death. For this we experiment with images filmed for each video and mix them with the ones we catch in moments and places that attract us, retrieving them from the archive. Thus appear improbable images and paradoxical spaces that defy the most realistic, because the different times are united, playing with sizes, multiplications, transparencies or transpositions. The soundtrack is often the inspiration guide that structures the rhythm and the emotionality of the real and mental images, flowing mixed with drawings, installations and poems.
