BANDARBAN 4K | BANGLADESH TIMELAPSE

“BANDARBAN 4K” is an independent timelapse short-film which explores the beautiful landscapes of southeastern region of Bangladesh.

Bandarban is a hilly district in Bangladesh and it is one the most attractive travel destination for its adventurous characteristics and scenic beauty. This film represents a collection of unique moments of nature including amazing landscapes, vast mountain range, forest, waterfalls, dramatic clouds formation, crimson color of dawn and dusk, starry night, moonrise from dark sky and our home galaxy Milkyway.

The entire film shot over one year using full-frame DSLR body with ultra-wide and medium telephoto lens as well as a self-developed motorized slider system. Its a composite of several thousand RAW frames rendered in 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) to produce high quality visual experience.

Director Biography - Nazmus Sakib

Nazmus Sakib is Dhaka, Bangladesh based landscape photographer and timelapse film maker. His area of interest is in landscape, seascape, nightscape, wide field astrophotography and motion controlled timelapse-hyperlapse. In profession, he is a freelance electrical and electronics engineer specialized in embedded system development and programming.
