Myles is fascinated with how humans are in constant interaction with themselves & others.
I fell in love with Lincoln for it's alterations to the traditional "American Dream" love story, and how it plays with the use of a narrator and gender. I delved into the amalgamation of country & farms, guns & heists, with a timeless setting of 1976. In this dramedy, I make use of rural imagery to develop a desolate tone. Taking inspiration for this film from "Badlands" (Malick, 1973) and "No Country for Old Men" (Coen & Coen. 2007).
