12 Steps to Recovery

After the death of his brother and serving two years in prison, Joshua moves back in with his mom while under house arrest and is forced to address the addictions that brought him to this point through a 12 step program.

Director Biography - Ryan Watson

Ryan Watson is an up-and-coming director who has primarily released his short films on his YouTube channel, Ryan Watson Films, and in Film Festivals. He has recently branched out and made his first feature-length film, 12 Steps to Recovery, with the hopes of destigmatizing the subject of substance abuse. Ryan hopes to normalize the seemingly taboo topic of addiction, hoping to open up the much-needed conversation. Ryan aims to show people what it is like for someone to recover from addiction and the impact it has on the people that surround them.
