For any information that we do not already collect from submitters by default, you can easily create additional custom questions in a variety of formats including text, paragraph, yes/no, dropdown menus and checkboxes.
To add Custom Questions, go to 'My Festival' > 'Manage' > 'Custom Submission Form'.
Submitters will be required to answer any questions you add here. After they have submitted, you can access this information under the 'Custom Form' tab on the Project Details page of any submission.
Important Note: Please do not use Custom Questions to request any information listed above that we already collect for you.
