There are 3 convenient ways to assign submissions to judges:
- Assign all submissions.
- Assign by specific category.
- Assign specific submissions to specific judges.
Go to 'My Festival' > 'Manage' > 'Manage Users', then select the appropriate permissions under 'Judging'.
If you have chosen to 'Assign Specific Submissions', you will need to visit the 'Submissions' page or the Project Details page of a submission and use the 'Assign to Judges' dropdown menu to assign the project to specific judges. On the 'Submissions' page this tool is an icon within the submissions table that looks like a human head.
You can also use the 'Bulk Actions' tool on the 'Submissions' page to assign multiple submissions to judges at once.
