We're calling out to all creative in the Woodward County area! We're wanting to hear your unique voices. This is a short film festival.

There is a $10 admission fee. Films can be between 2-15 minutes.

This is an event for young filmmakers to put their voices out there in the General Audience category. This category serves as a PG rated area.

The films with PG-13 rated material should go in the Mature Audience category.

The Red Plains Film Festival is happening on May 3rd, at the Court of Colors, 715 Main Street, Woodward, Oklahoma. It starts when the sun goes down.

1st place winners receive selenite trophy and gift bag.
2nd place winner receive gift bag.
3rd place winner receive gift bag.

Mature Audience and General Audience categories have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

People's Choice award is a selenite trophy, goes to favorite film voted by the audience.

Eligibility:
Films submitted to the Red Plains Film Festival must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our submission guidelines.
Filmmakers of all ages and nationalities are welcome to submit their work, provided it adheres to the festival's guidelines.
Submission Guidelines:
All submissions must be made through our official submission platform within the specified deadline.
Submitted films must be the original work of the entrant(s) and must not infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Selection Process:
The selection of films for screening at [Film Festival Name] is at the discretion of our programming committee.
All filmmakers will be notified of their film's acceptance status via email by the notification date specified in our submission guidelines.
Screening Rights:
By submitting a film to the Red Plains Film Festival, filmmakers grant the festival the non-exclusive right to screen their film during the festival dates and any associated events.
Filmmakers retain all other rights to their films.
Promotional Materials:
Filmmakers whose films are selected for screening grant the Red Plains Film Festival the right to use excerpts, images, and trailers from their films for promotional purposes.
The Red Plains Film Festival may use submitted promotional materials (posters, stills, etc.) for marketing and promotional activities related to the festival.
Code of Conduct:
The Red Plains Film Festival is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants and attendees.
Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the festival premises.
Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event that the Red Plains Film Festival is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, entry fees will not be refunded.
Liability:
The Red Plains Film Festival and its organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants or attendees during the course of the festival.
By participating in or attending the Red Plains Film Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Red Plains Film Festival reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
