My script “The Blood Machine” is now a short film directed by Robert Felker. It is a crime story set in Chicago. My script “Hold Your Hearses” is also a short film, directed by Stephen Folker. It is a family drama. Both of these have finished shooting and are in post-production, to be released in late spring 2024. My script “The Pizza Paradox” is a short film directed by Abhisek Roy. It was a “Semi-Finalist” at the Indie X Film Festival, Los Angeles, March 2023.

The British Short Film Awards named my script “The Blood Machine” as a “Finalist”, 10/22/21. My short script “The Blood Machine” won the “Best Unproduced Script” category at the London Indie Film Festival (24framesfilmfest), on 6/14/21.

My one-hour pilot “Cold Heat” made the “Top Fifty” at the Cinequest Screenwriting Competition, 3/30/23. It is in the top 6% of discoverable projects on Coverfly. “Cold Heat” was a “Finalist” for “Best TV Pilot Screenplay” at the Golden Script Competition, Edinburgh, 2022. It is on the 2022 “Golden List.”

My feature script “The Crux of the Angst” won the category “Best Feature Script” at the Prague International Film Festival, 9/4/21. “The Crux of the Angst” won “Best Original Screenplay” at the Hollywood Blood Horror Festival, 2/6/22. It also won “Best Script” at the Toronto Independent Film Festival of Cift, 8/10/21.

My script “The Pizza Paradox” won the category “Best Unproduced Script” at the Berlin Short Film Festival, in Germany, on 4/16/21. It also won the category of “Best Unproduced Script” at the Paris International Short Festival, in April, 2021. “The Pizza Paradox” won the “Best Script Award” at the Night of Comedy Shorts in Milano, 6/26/21.

My script “Second Best and Best” won the “Best Feature Script” category at the Chicago Indie Film Festival Awards, 6/6/21. My feature screenplay “Second Best and Best” was a “Finalist” at Page Turner Screenplays, 6/27/22. It was also a “Finalist” at the Vancouver Independent Film Festival, 7/20/21.

My script “Flat Blurbs” won the “Best Screenplay” prize at Feel the Reel, in Glasgow, 10/24/21. My script “Flat Blurbs” won the category “Best Unproduced Script” at the London Indie Film Fest, 10/11/21. “Flat Blurbs” won “Best Short Script – Bronze” at the Independent Shorts Awards, Los Angeles, April 2022.

My feature script “Your Face is a Country” won “Best Feature Screenplay” at the Seattle Movie Awards, 11/28/22. It won “Best Feature Script” at the New York Neorealism Film Awards, 1/4/22. My feature script “Your Face Is a Country” was a “Finalist” and “Nominee” at the Los Angeles Film Awards, 1/29/22.

My feature script “Solid Rock-Hard Golden Candy Classics and So Much More” won the category “Best Script” at the Vancouver Independent Film Festival, 2/5/22. It was an “Official Selection” at the North Europe International Film Festival – London Edition, 5/6/22.

My feature-length Pilot “Don’t Change Your Husband” won “Grand Jury Prize Gold” for “Best Screenwriting” at the Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival, 2/3/22. “Don’t Change Your Husband” won a “Special Jury Award” at the Los Angeles Film Awards, 10/1/21. It won “Best TV Pilot Screenplay Comedy” at the Silicon Beach Film Festival, 11/2/21. “Don’t Change Your Husband” was a “Finalist” at the Golden Script Competition, in Edinburgh, 7/5/20. The Ouchy Film Awards in Lausanne, Switzerland made “Don’t Change Your Husband” an “Official Selection” 5/15/22.

My short script “Anosmia, Please” won the category “Best Sci Fi Script” at Redwood Shorts and Scripts, 11/1/21. “Anosmia, Please” was an “Award Winner” at the Night of Comedy Shorts, Milano, 9/11/21. It was also an “Award Winner” at Berlin Shorts, 9/15/21.

My feature script “Last Summer at the Dells” won the category “Best Unproduced Script” at the Berlin Art Film Festival, 6/12/21. It was also a “Finalist” at the Cinegate Film Festival, Crystal Aurora Awards, in Berlin, Germany, 9/14/21.
