Shining Short Animated Film Festival (SSAFF) contributes to the diversity of independent animated film and culture by introducing to audiences attractive short animated films from Korea and around the world.

The festival offers opportunities for creative filmmakers to present their works and interact with audiences.

The 1st Shining Short Animated Film Festival will be held in Seoul, South Korea (Korea National University of Arts) from June 17th to June 19th, 2024.

Rules & Terms

All kinds of works that can be considered as animated films are eligible regardless of genre and theme.

The film must have a total running time of no more than 40 minutes (including end credits).
