The Annual People's Picturehouse: Picture of the Year Awards celebrates the amazing work that has been submitted and screened at our monthly events throughout the year.

All of the films, music videos, sketches, animations and more that we have screened between August 2024 and July 2025 are eligible to be nominated for awards in a range of categories and will be voted on by an academy comprised only of filmmakers who have presented their work at The People's Picturehouse Cork.

Rules & Terms

To be eligible for consideration, your work must have been selected for screening at The People's Picturehouse Cork from August 2024 to July 2025.

To be eligible to vote, you must have screened your work at The People's Picturehouse Cork from August 2023 to the present date.

You may not vote for your own work: the organisers will be able to see if this occurs and the vote will be discounted.
