We do not distribute laurels or awards. As the Central Coast Film Network, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and safe environment for Central Coast film creatives to come together, share, and celebrate their work. We distinguish ourselves from traditional film festivals because our primary objective is to establish a welcoming community of filmmakers.

1. We exclusively screen films that uphold a commitment to inclusivity and refrain from causing offense to any specific group of individuals.

2. Our preference lies with Central Coast filmmakers who were born or reside in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito County.

3. Should your film be chosen for one of our screening events, you can expect to receive a notification via email from our dedicated team, along with important ticketing details.

4. The screening of films is dependent on the filmmaker's presence at our events. Embracing a sense of community, we encourage all attendees to connect with and support their fellow filmmakers.

5. While our current focus predominantly centers in Watsonville, Salinas, and Gilroy, we have ambitious plans to expand to additional locations in other communities along the Central Coast. This expansion, however, relies on the continued support and growth of our community.

6. We do not strictly adhere to notification schedules outlined by FilmFreeway. We utilize the platform primarily for the ease of submissions.
