ELIGIBILITY

The festival is open to filmmakers of all levels, including professionals, amateurs, and students.
Films of all genres and lengths are welcome, including feature-length films, shorts, documentaries, animations, and experimental works. -
Films previously screened at other festivals or publicly exhibited may still be eligible for submission

LANGUAGE AND SUBTITLES

Non-English and non-French language films must include English or French subtitles.
All dialogue, narration, and on-screen text must be clearly legible and understandable.

RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS

By submitting a film to the festival, filmmakers certify that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the use of copyrighted material, including music, images, and other creative content.
Filmmakers retain all rights to their films. However, by participating in the festival, they grant the festival organizers the right to screen their films for promotional and non-commercial purposes.
