The WIFF experience is unique because great content is the driving force behind the selections. Its international outlook and inclusive conversations make it an important venue for conversations on cinema. The event is well organised which shows that both heart and passion go into its curation.

I look forward to the 'Woodpecker International Film Festival (WIFF)' every year, whether my film is a part of it or not. It's such a unique film festival in the South-east Asia region, bringing us a top-class line-up of national and international issue-based cinema, year after year. Their selection of films is truly unbiased and uncompromised. I congratulate Rao Narender Yadav- the Festival Director, Avijit Dutt- the chairman of the Festival Board, Dr. Ashish Chopra- the Principal Advisor, and the team of high-spirited WIFF volunteers who work relentlessly, round-the-clock to make this festival such a huge success, since 2013.
