Beginning directing with the student film "My City" (2012) starring Brian Cox (Troy, Churchill) Murdoch has since worked in visual effects for productions nominated and winning at the likes of BAFTA Scotland 2016 and 2017 and the Golden Globes 2016 (Outlander) whilst developing his own productions.
I personally welcome you to Tubgate!
"Tubgate: Cunningham's Scrap" is approached as a scene from a proposed episodic series while working as a short film piece. The intended feeling is of it being shot and edited akin to a television production - but, in a digital animation medium.
The building of character and world in this short were equally important.
