Director Biography - Jason Petrovitch

Jason Petrovitch grew up in a bully’s paradise, built on a landfill in an industrial town next to the Philadelphia airport. Despite the nurturing environment, he fled to Seattle and eventually ended up in a cheap and uncool section of Brooklyn. He records his own music, sounds and voices for animated shorts, which have appeared in dozens of film festivals around the world.

Director Statement

For as long as I can remember, I have been a comedy snob. I remember sitting around in my Toughskins, deriding Wile E. Coyote for his predictability. I love originality in any art form and feel that it’s an honorable contribution to humanity. My attempts to contribute are through animation, music and screenwriting.
