The armed conflict in Colombia has been attributed to numerous roots, ranging from bipartisan violence and the National Front, to the inability of the state to cover the territory, but, above all, it has been a problem that has revolved around the land and his dispossession. The lack of guarantees that the state has given to what could be said to be the most important population of Colombia, the peasants. The most important population and the one that has been the most violated and attacked in the history of our country, being in the crossfire of all the actors of the conflict: the guerrilla groups that lost their north many years ago and have prolonged their criminality looting and killing ; the paramilitary groups that defend the landowner terrorism that has taken the lands through history; and the state that has turned a blind eye and has sponsored numerous massacres that the population has suffered.
Tribulation born after reading several reports of humanitarian organizations about the massacres and random disappearances that were included in the rural villages of the country, emerges as a piercing cry on behalf of the victims to their victimizers, which does not appear as a claim or I regret, as an accusation, a trial and in the end, a sentence.
The short film was developed within the process of formation of the undergraduate program in Audiovisual Communication, second semester, of the Colombian Polytechnic Jaime Isaza Cadavid.

El conflicto armado en Colombia se ha atribuido a numerosas raíces, que van desde la violencia bipartidista y el Frente Nacional, hasta la inhabilidad del estado para cubrir el territorio, pero, sobre todo, ha sido un problema que ha girado en torno a la tierra y su despojo. La falta de garantías que el estado le ha dado a la que podría decirse que es la población más importante de Colombia, los campesinos. La población mayoría importante y la que más ha sido vulnerada y atacada en la historia de nuestro país, quedando en el fuego cruzado de todos los actores del conflicto: los grupos guerrilleros que perdieron su norte hace muchos años y han prolongado su criminalidad saqueando y asesinando; los grupos paramilitares que defienden el terrorismo terrateniente que ha arrebatado las tierras a través de la historia; y el estado que ha hecho la vista gorda y ha auspiciado numerosas masacres que ha sufrido la población.
Tribulación nace después de leer varios informes de organizaciones humanitarias sobre las masacres y desapariciones fortuitas que se han incluido en las poblaciones campesinas del país, surge como un grito desgarrador en nombre de las víctimas hacia sus victimarios, que no se manifiesta como un reclamo o un lamento, como una acusación, un juicio y al final, una condena.
El cortometraje fue elaborado dentro del proceso de formación del programa de pregrado en Comunicación Audiovisual, segundo semestre, del Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid.
