Work and Live in London as a freelance Director/Lighting Cameraman but focuses on writing and producing independent film.
This is my first narrative production. We shot Traumen in 5 days using the Black Magic Pocket with no lights or grip, and spent a great deal of time finding locations that had the right lighting. The main unit crew was under 5 to keep us within the law regarding filming independently on the streets of London. The project was self funded at £2,500 (mainly to pay my crew for their hard work). I enjoyed very minuet, but it certainly tested my abilities as a director with little control over the environment, and i made some valuable mistakes. Ive just commenced writing an loose adaptation of Robert Musil's 'Man without Qualities' which i hope to produce next year
