Vidya, Vinay, Kishan, Shobha a family of 4 stays, eats, laughs, cries and shares together. Vidya studies in standard 7th. She has a handicapped brother. He does not go to school. Their father works in a brick site. They are poor but satisfied. Their only source of entertainment was Ganya’s TV. Every evening, everyone use to gather at Ganya’s house for watching TV. Once they saw and heard a little boy speaking fluent English. Vinay wished to talk like her. Vidya started putting efforts to learn English and teach her brother too. Her School English teacher was not efficient in teaching her English.One other evening they were watching TV at Ganya’s hows. Then Vinay noticed one thing that the Education Minister was conveying. He heard him saying, if you want improvements in your village, city or state just tweet us and we would be in your service. That was an initiative for coming Children’s Day function.Then Vidya asked Ganya for help and he introduced her to his mobile and its functions. He introduced her to google talk, WhatsApp and tweet as well. They created account and tweeted. This one small tweet made a big impact in Vidya and Vinay's life. The tweet was read by
Lakshya and made it reach board of ministers. They passed a message to Vidya via post. She implemented her thoughts immediately and with Tanya’s help opened a School to teach English.The school was demolished by local goons who were against English education. And the
Education Minister himself was somehow involved in this affair. He was visiting Sangli and asked Vidya as well to come there. Vidya was attacked on the way by local goons. She somehow managed to escape and reach the Minister. Minister was impressed by Vinay and Vidya's thought process.
