Noah J. Welter is a Pittsburgh, PA based actor, writer, and director. His acting career began like many, within the theatre. He has worked with a multitude of Pittsburgh theatre companies, creating art that has delighted thousands. Over the past few years, he has been heavily working within the film industry, both as an actor and a director.
