Mehmet Aksu is an aspiring director and writer, born on 21 March 2000. He routinely makes his own shorts to improve his craft and knowledge as a director and writer in Istanbul. He started his cinema journey by enrolling in Bahçeşehir University's Cinema TV department. He went on to work as an intern at Netflix, the 3rd AD of the Turkish drama "Toprak ile Fidan", and backstage of the feature film "In Algorithm We Trust." Currently, he works freelance as an AD and CA for shorter-term projects until his graduation this year. With his short films, he aims to reach one step closer to his dream of being an award-winning director.
