Director Biography - Emily George

Although studying in London, in her spare time you will always find Emily at a beach, usually with a surfboard in hand! Studying at the University of Greenwich, Emily is specialising her degree in advanced film editing and hopes to go into post production.

Emily's films have been nominated for multiple awards, most recently at the National Student Film Festival and winning Best Comedy at the SE10 Film Festival.

“Orca captivity is an issue I feel very strongly about, in creating this film I hope we raise awareness about life in captivity, for Lolita and the countless other Cetaceans across the world. This film is more than a final year university project, it has real meaning and purpose.”
