The invisible wall
Trapped in a cycle of silence and shame, a moroccan woman struggles to have intimate moments with her partner as an invisible barrier keeps them apart. After a desperate attempt to make things work, she steps into a bath, and when she emerges, her partner is mysteriously gone. In her search for him, she finds herself trapped in a surreal loop, walking through the same floor of her residence only to be drawn back to her house. Each time she enters, fragments of her past come alive: a father's disapproving glare during a kiss scene, a mother and sorcerer casting a spell on her to protect her virginity, dancers swirling around her with a bloodied cloth like in the moroccan tradition for the wedding night ...These haunting memories reveal the roots of her trauma. trauma that has manifested as the vaginismus she now endures.
