Overall Rating
  • The "Sundance of the East" would best describe what Kat Miccio, Sam and the rest of the CRISFF crew achieved in this FANTASTIC film festival! A number of actors/actresses/producers/directors were in the audience viewing films from around the world and NYC's Cutting Room was a great venue. We were honored to receive awards in both the screenplay and animation categories and had a rewarding experience. Complimenti CRISFF.

  • It was an honor to rececieve "Best Short Sci-Fi Screenplay" for my TV Pilot "The Out-Of-Timers" at this festival! Kat Miccio, Sam, and the rest of the CRISFF crew were some of the most welcoming, fun, bright and supportive people I have ever met. The venue is LOVELY, reminiscent of a 1940s theater/jazz lounge. Not only did we discover some new, unforgettably moving films, but we also found ourselves in a haven dedicated to preserving and showcasing Italian culture. I genuinely cannot wait to enter again next year!
