Out of all the festivals I "attended" in quarantine, this was hands down the best executed online experience. The Artist's Forum seemed to have their platform figured out immediately and managed to make the experience very enjoyable and unique. Not once did it feel like a Plan B, whereas most -- if not all -- of the other online festivals seemed to lean into the "this is not what wee had planned" mentality.

  • As a first-time filmmaker, I am new to film festivals. Throw the pandemic into the mix, it makes it all the more unusual the experience. However I have gathered this: Amos + The Artists Forum Team are quintessential professionals with a deeply empathic eye when bringing select films together to highlight themes that stir our world to feel and identify with. This year's edition, each filmmaker and their work stand unique in their voice and yet as a global collective, we are celebrated and brought together creating a snapshot of a world amidst turbulent change: with it's heartbeat seeking to become new and true to itself. Grateful that you brought my little film into the fold of this year's program. Thank you.
