The film tells a story of a little girl, Xue ,sent by her father to stay with her grandmother in the countryside，get special companionship inadvertently in a small town in southern China. This film focuses on the girl's inner voice,telling the story ambiguously in a mysterious tone that the girl is forced by the adult world but therefore grow up.
