What if a woman is claiming that she is the devil and comes to collect your life as part of a family debt payment appears? This is the question which was left to develop this script.

Back in the 212 is a film that places an ordinary man in an extreme situation. In it we see him react opportunistically, cunning and remorseless to achieve its mission manner; to preserve his life.

A first impression this film speaks of selfishness, ambition, life and death, but to a deeper way it's about of relation with the past and parental relationships , showing how these affect the circumstances and our actions in our present lives.

The father figure is evoked not only in the problems currently facing the main character played by Pold Gastello, but is the main cause of many of them. In a way the debts, the people and even the 212 station keep alive the missing father figure.

Back in the 212 is that kind of film that values the content but also emphasizes style and tone to tell good stories, and believes it necessary to satisfy personal taste as author and at the same time as an audience.

There are many things we can not choose in life and family is one of them. Somehow we learn to live with their truths, virtues and defects. That's something you cannot try to avoid. Something different happens with stories. We choose them but they also do it in some way, manifesting itself at a time of your life that is ideal for telling them. It was a great first cinematic adventure, and if add that it moved you, made you think and entertain at the same time, this work has been justified.
