Eliot Lee is a 19 year old filmmaker from Los Angeles, CA. He is currently studying Film Production at Emerson College in Boston, MA.
When involving myself in any sort of creative project, I make sure that the project I am working on has meaning. I believe that films have the power to change the way people think, bring awareness to issues swept under the rug, and change lives. I strive to do that in every creative project I create. With this film, The Cardboard Time Machine, I was told a heartbreaking story by one of my good friends. At one point he said "Sometimes, I wish I could build a time machine and go back in time to do something." I wanted to bring awareness regarding the topic of suicide and highlight the mental and emotional hardships that follow death. I wanted to make a film that shows that when you lose the ones you love, you are left with nothing but regrets.
