Mission – The mission of the Twin Cities Black Film Festival is to provide a platform for independent black and multicultural films. TCBFF also aims to facilitate the growth of filmmakers of color by providing networking opportunities with industry professionals and the business world and recognize the accomplishments of African Americans in Hollywood.
Vision – Our vision is to become the premiere event for black and multicultural emerging filmmakers and Creatives in the US and also to attract emerging talent from around the world to the Twin Cities.
Objectives
i. Become a destination event for emerging and talented filmmakers of color
ii. Enrich, educate, inform and contribute to the local culture by raising consciousness of film as an art form
iii. Celebrate and showcase talent in the creative process of filmmaking
iv. Provide our audience and sponsors a unique interactive experience
v. Expand the ability to use film to reach the black and multi-cultural consumer

All films submitted are entered into competition for
Best Feature Best Short Best Documentary.
Sponsors will be announced Next Year.

    The Twin Cities Black Film Festival was great, well organized and a lot of seasoned and emerging creators from all over showcased films. The founder Natalie Morrow and her team of professionals were absolutely wonderful. I recommend submitting your short films, etc to this festival, as we will definitely submit our upcoming project for next years event. So looking forward to it! Great job!
