No censorship, no red line.

We believe the biggest barrier of creative isn’t “Budget”, in fact, the control of ideology is the hardest part we are facing.

Our aim of curating Toronto Asian independent film festival (TAiFF) is to set up a platform for independent filmmakers to showcase their work to audiences without deleting any frame.

Through this competition, it can also help to promote the work of talented filmmakers and give them exposure to new audiences and potential collaborators, which may not otherwise receive wide distribution in the commercial industry.

TAiFF also provide opportunities for education and engagement with film as an art form, through Q&A sessions with filmmakers, panel discussions, and workshops.

TAiFF2023 will be a in-person screenings in Toronto.

If there are any questions or concerns not covered below, please email info.taiff@gmail.com.

Your film will get privately screened and evaluated by a team of international filmmakers.
