WE ONLY ACCEPT HUMOR/COMEDY SHORTS

the taSHORtfest is the first festival of shortfilm humor internationally and pioneer in this genre, held in Catalunya level.

It was born from the idea of rewarding the world shortfilm of humor hand some students TCT (Workshop Cinema of Taxonera) a course that still give the Civic Center Teixonera by JORomero of the producer Ozzypiuntur .

This phrase: "We took another step, our passion for cinema" made this idea and we thought we did finally reality.

AWARDS
This contest has two prizes and all shortfilm HUMOR can choose both.

- Taxonera prize. Chosen by a professional and independent jury:
500€ cash + Trophy winner.

- Audience Award. Chosen by the audience at the screening of the finalists on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 19:00:
200€ cash * + Festival Trophy.

- The issue of short films will be free of any sub genre, but must prevail humor / comedy (character of this festival), and any technique performed (real image, animation, computer graphics ...). They shall not be for now short documentaries.
- The length of the shortsfilms HUMOR/COMEDY may not exceed 15 minutes .
- Shortfilm HUMOR/COMEDYmust have been finished completely after January 1, 2013
- Shortfilm HUMOR/COMEDY may not be submitted to any short quiz presented in the previous edition (2015).
- The shortfilms HUMOR/COMEDY must be filmed in Castilian or Catalan, or in default subtitled in one of these two languages.
