Steve Lang is a SciFi/Horror author living in the Charlotte, NC area, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Determined to bring his writing to life, he began assisting in small film productions and formed his own production company MDR Media, to help grow the North Carolina film community and giving back to veterans. A portion of proceeds from any film produced by MDR Media will go to Camp4Heroes; non-profit helping wounded veterans and first responders.

After completing a two-part anthology of short stories (2 Minutes to Midnight and One Minute to Midnight) based on science fiction, fantasy, and horror stories of the 1950's, Lang decided to turn all of them into short films with Traveling Salesman being the first in the series.
