space / memory
A film essay that explores the human need for documenting and recording, as well as the effects of digital tools on processes of memory and forgetting. The protagonist runs out of storage space on her phone and is forced to delete precious memories from her device. She is made to ask herself: How do we make use of the digital space that enables us to store photographs, videos, and files, particularly once we realise that this space is only seemingly infinite?
