Sophie made her first film "Appearances" as part of her bachelor studies in cinema. During University, she experimented a lot of workstations on short films and has directed eight experimental films in 16 mm.
Then, she writed and directed two live short films :
"A love" (2009) produced by Takami Productions and selected in festivals like Clermont-Ferrand and Uppsala and "MAD" (2016) produced by Films Grand Huit and awarded with Great Prize at Kinoma Festival, Special Jury Award at Alès Itinérances Festival and Young Audience Award at Cinemed.
"Traces" was her first animated short and "Nightshades" her first live feature.
