Experiencing Interruptions?

some words

Returning home in a suburb late at night, a man finds a recording tape in his mail, on that a text can be listened to. The text turns against forgetting and call for substitution of the sounds which originally belonged to a memory image but can not be remembered anymore. The film's protagonist later sets off in the nocturnal undergrowth on the outskirts of the city in search of the sound belonging to one memory fragment that has become present again. After he has returned to his room, he combines the found sound with some tones that he plays on the piano, trying to integrate the sound into a musical context: The film thus becomes a parable about handling repressed experiences that can be retrieved from the subconscious and reconnected with conscious content.
