Sin Lottery

A woman wins what the U.S. calls the Sin Lottery, which allows her to commit any crime within a year without consequences. She soon realizes that she is good at getting away with crimes and doesn't need to submit her "free pass" if she's not caught. Her goal is to save her pregnant sister from a mysterious virus (that the rest of the show will focus on). Her first "crime" is stealing the medicine to administer to her sister. It doesn't work - it only makes her sister worse.
